Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is required to continue to compete for US Department of Defense (DOD) contracts containing Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The time is now to get ahead of this requirement and ensure that your company can achieve certification. A key component of certification, whether it is for Level 1, 2, 3, or 4-5 CMMC certification, is passing an independent, third-party audit of your IT security controls and those of your key suppliers. At the same time, failing an audit means you may have to wait months before reapplying for certification, delaying your opportunity to obtain lucrative DOD contracts.
The CMMC certification requirement is quickly approaching – have you prepared? Erik Ekwurzel, CTO Government Solutions, Dun & Bradstreet and Bill Solms, President Government Solutions, QOMPLX will share how Dun & Bradstreet and QOMPLX have been preparing for CMMC and discuss the advantages of doing a CMMC Pre-Assessment now. We will also talk about:
- How to prepare for CMMC certification
- What information to compile prior to initiating certification
- What certification “pitfalls” to look out for
- How Dun & Bradstreet and QOMPLX’s Pre-Assessment tool can help streamline your certification
