There Is No Charge for a Business to Apply for a D-U-N-S Number

We are aware that some companies are receiving “estimates” via e-mail, which present as an invoice for D-U-N-S^® Number renewal. These “estimates” are not issued by
Dun & Bradstreet and should NOT be paid.  If you are sent an email purporting to come from Dun & Bradstreet that requests payment from you to renew or maintain your company’s D-U-N-S Number, please do not respond to the email and forward it to [email protected].

There is no cost to request and receive a D-U-N-S Number. You can pay a small fee to expedite the D-U-N-S Number application process or purchase a product that includes an expedited D-U-N-S Number. D-U-N-S Numbers do not expire and do not need to be renewed.
