(SB121124)
These Product Terms apply to your Credit Insights Product
Your Order is placed by Customer with Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. ("D&B") pursuant to the Online Master Agreement available at https://www.dnb.com/en-us/utilities/generalterms.html (hereinafter referred to as the “Governing Terms”) and these product terms and supplemental terms (together the “Product Terms”).
The Products purchased under your Order may only be used by Customer in the United States to support its U.S. business.
Customers must have an active Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S® Number assigned to their business and have a registered Dun & Bradstreet Account in order to access and use their Credit Insights Product (the “Product” or “Credit Insights”). Customers can access their Product by clicking on their Credit Insights product tile from within their myD&B account dashboard located at my.dnb.com once their Product is associated to their company’s D-U-N-S Number.
The Product is a D-U-N-S Number Mandatory product that provides customers that have a business associated with an active D-U-N-S® Number, with access to view certain information contained within their business’s Dun & Bradstreet credit file, in addition to alerts and other insights and information that vary depending on the Credit Insights product tier for which you have registered.
Supplemental Terms Applicable to Specific Products
The following terms may also apply to the particular Product you have purchased. To the extent a particular Product offering includes one or more of the services listed below, the terms listed as being applicable to each component shall be deemed applicable to the overall Product offering.
Dun & Bradstreet myD&B Account
In order to access and use your Product, you must login to your Dun & Bradstreet Account located at the my.dnb.com website or register for a new Dun & Bradstreet Account if you do not already have one. By registering for a new Dun & Bradstreet Account, or by logging in to your Account dashboard with a temporary username and password or your existing Account credentials, you agree to the Dun & Bradstreet myD&B Terms of Use.
D-U-N-S Number Mandatory Products
Credit Insights is a D-U-N-S Number Mandatory product. D-U-N-S Number Mandatory products provide information specific to the business purchasing the product and therefore require the business that is purchasing the product to have an active D-U-N-S Number associated to such product in order to start receiving access to and being able to use the product. If your business does not have an active D-U-N-S Number at the time of purchase, you must follow the prompted instructions to apply for and successfully complete the D-U-N-S Number application process, which is subject to D&B’s verification process and acceptance, and pursuant to your agreement to the D-U-N-S Number Terms (the “DUNS Process”). D-U-N-S Number creation will occur in up to 30 business days (or up to 8 business days if you are registered for a paid version of the Credit Insights product) after you have successfully completed the DUNS Process. Your company assigned D-U-N-S Number must be associated with your Product before you will be able to access your Product on your myD&B account dashboard. Please note that D&B reserves the right to disapprove issuance of a D-U-N-S Number to any business.
D-U-N-S Manager
D-U-N-S Manager allows a U.S. private company’s verified officers, owners, or directors to do the following for free, subject to D&B’s review, verification, and possible acceptance (collectively the “DUNS Manager Submissions”): (i) submit update requests to their company’s basic business information, (ii) dispute information or payment experiences included in their report that they believe do not apply to their company, and (iii) upload their company’s Income Statement, Balance Sheet and financial statements. All Credit Insights customers will be redirected to login to their existing D-U-N-S Manager account from within their Product for any DUNS Manager Submissions. New D-U-N-S Manager users will be prompted to signup for a D-U-N-S Manager account after completing the standard verification and authentication process. D&B may contact a D&B Registered Company Officer to validate any DUNS Manager Submissions. D&B cannot guarantee that the DUNS Manager Submissions will be accepted or added to the company’s business credit file.

Extended Data - Provide Documentation: ability to add up to up to twelve (12) submissions approved through the Verification Process (defined below), directly to D&B through your Product (each an “Included Submission” and collectively the “Included Submission Allotment”). Once an Included Submission has been added to your business credit file, it will be deducted from your Included Submission Allotment until such time the Business Document(s) associated with an Included Submission has expired and is therefore no longer included in your business credit file nor able to potentially impact your business credit scores and ratings (“Termed-Out”). If an Included Submission Termed-Out during your Product term, it will be re-added to your Included Submission Allotment.
Extended Data – Provide Documentation
Your Credit Insights subscription may include the Extended Data – Provide Documentation feature which provides you with the ability to upload and submit your business’s financial, payment and business banking statements (collectively the “Business Documents”) directly to D&B through your Product for D&B’s review, verification, and possible inclusion into your business credit file or scores and ratings, which means there is no guarantee that the provided Business Documents will be accepted, positively affect, or will not adversely affect your company’s credit file or its credit scores and ratings (the “Verification Process”). The intent of the Extended Data- Provide Documentation feature is to allow you to provide your Business Documents to D&B directly without needing to contact the businesses to which you have made payments for products or service, or the banks or credit unions with which you have business bank accounts. These Business Documents can potentially be used to impact your business credit file or scores and ratings.
All submitted Business Documents must be in your business name in order to be considered for potential inclusion into your business credit file or scores and ratings. Business Documents that contain legal, confidential, personally identifiable, secure, or sensitive information will not be reviewed and will be immediately rejected. All submitted Business Documents will be reviewed and validated through the Verification Process. Unverified or rejected Business Documents do not count toward your allotted amount. D&B cannot guarantee that the Business Documents will be accepted, positively affect, or will not adversely affect your company's credit file or credit scores and ratings. Cancelling your Credit Insights product may result in the cancellation of any Extended Data submissions that have not completed the Verification Process.
The following are types of Business Documents that can be submitted:
Regular Termed Payment statements dated no later than 12 months from the date of submission: Each regular termed payments submission requires at least 3 consecutive months of regular termed payment (not “retainer” or pre-paid) statements; Accepted regular termed payment statements will be Termed-Out 24 months from the date of the most recent statement that is approved;
Statements must include the following fields:
Name of Account and Address (Who is the bill from)
Name of the Client and Address (business matches D&B Concierge client)
Account Number (must be the same on each statement)
Terms
Invoice Date
Payment Due Date
Payment Amount (optional on the first statement of the agreement)
Balance Carried Forward or Past Due
Financial Statements: Each financial statement submission must include an Income Statement and Balance Sheet for a 12 month consecutive period, both dated no later than 24 months from the date of submission. Accepted financial statements will be Termed-Out 24 months from the date of approval;
Business Bank Account Statements: Each business bank account statement submission must include 3 consecutive months of statements dated no later than 12 months from the date of submission and will be Termed-Out 3 months from the date of approval. Updated banking statements need to be submitted every 3 months in order to remain included in your business credit file and potentially impact your business credit scores and ratings.
Uploading Business Documents outside of those listed above, or in a name other than your business name, can result in a delay in the review process, non-inclusion to your business credit file, and additional or alternate Business Documents may need to be submitted for consideration. D&B has a zero-tolerance policy regarding providing Business Documents that support your business and its operations that are determined to be altered/tampered OR fictitious. Providing Business Documents to D&B that are determined to be either altered/tampered OR fictitious could result in your scores, ratings, and predictors being adversely impacted, indefinitely.
Extended Data – Provide Documentation – Additional Submission Add-Ons
Customers who have an active D&B Credit Insights product that includes the Extended Data – Provide Documentation feature, have the option to purchase individual Extended Data – Provide Documentation submission add-on(s) (each a “Submission Add-On”). Each Submission Add-On is a one-time purchase that is not added to your Included Submission Allotment. Submission Add-On(s) will not carry over to your next Product term and must be used prior to the end of your current Product term. All Business Documents provided with each Submission Add-On must go through the Verification Process in order to be added to your business credit file and will remain on your business credit file until they are Termed-Out:
Regular Termed Payment statements: Termed-Out 24 months from the date of the most recent statement that is approved;

More than one inquiry can be made by each unique customer, which would indicate that some customers have inquired on such D-U-N-S Number multiple times and may be monitoring the associated business. “Unique Customer Inquiries” are the number of unique external customers requesting information, which may include but is not limited to credit information, on a DUNS D&B D-U-N-S® Number in a rolling one year (365- days) time period. “Customer” is defined as a person or business requesting Dun & Bradstreet information on another D&B D-U-N-S Number.
