The University of Arizona is a public research university that offers more than 120 undergraduate degree programs, about 130 graduate degree programs, a handful of specialist degrees, and three first professional degrees. Known as UA, the educational institution serves more than 43,000 students across all its degree programs. It boasts some 30 colleges and schools, including an Outreach College that offers distance learning and continuing education classes.
