The firm, founded in 1974, became a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited in 2006. Headquartered in New York, Mitchell & Titus has offices in Baltimore; Philadelphia; Rutherford, New Jersey, and Washington, DC. It expanded into Chicago when it purchased another minority-owned accounting firm, Hill Taylor, in 2009.
