Greenfield Ethanol turns fields of green corn into fields of green money. Canada's top corn-based ethanol producer operates four plants (three in Ontario and one in Quebec) that produce more than 115 million gallons of fuel ethanol per year. One plant also produces almost 25 million gallons per year of industrial alcohol used in paints, pharmaceuticals, disinfectants, and as a flavoring in food and beverages.
