The software company's cloud-based E2open Business Network offers supply and logistics planning, order and inventory management, and system integration across large and small businesses. It touts a collaborative approach, which helps registered buyers and sellers transcend in-house supply chain management systems to work together worldwide. The system also provides analytics and connects with most ERP software. E2open's customers primarily operate in the aerospace and defense, industrial manufacturing, oil & gas, telecommunications, and consumer products industries.  E2open announced it has entered into a business combination agreement with CC Neuberger Principal Holdings I in 2020.
