Q: What do you enjoy most about your role?
A: In my role, I focus mainly on product messaging, packaging, and enablement, but also work on creating thought leadership and executing marketing campaigns.
I really enjoy the people I work with and our ability to socialize and take advantage of the various amenities available to us. For example, I love being able to play board games with the Tech team on Wednesdays, or play a round of ping pong or pool with some of the sellers to break up my day. We all realize we have work to do, but it helps to step away from the day-to-day and blow off some steam.
Q: Describe a recent project you were involved in.
A: We recently worked on revamping our entire Sales & Marketing Suite story where we weaved together a story that combines 7 different product offerings into a simple and compelling message. This took lots of cross-departmental collaboration and support to accomplish. We have rolled this story and vision out to over 400 sellers over the course of two months of training and roadshows which was a tremendous lift by the team. We are now seeing our pipeline grow with the excitement we generated. It's very pleasing to see the fruits of your labor come to life.
Q: What is unique about the work culture at D&B?
A: Working at Dun & Bradstreet is all about taking advantage of the tremendous opportunity that is given to you. There's so much potential to succeed here with the right attitude and mindset. From day one of working here, I've committed to bringing my best self to work every day, and I've seen the results by being able to advance significantly in my career.
