Q: Describe your role on Sales in the UK. 
A: My job at Dun & Bradstreet allows me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on managing existing relationships, but I also get the opportunity to work on brand new opportunities too, with both new and existing customers across all of our lines of business. 

Q: Describe a recent project you enjoyed working on. 
A: A key recent highlight was supporting a large customer with the European role out of one of our risk management solutions to support their European risk management processes. 

Q: What makes you successful in your role? 
A: I pride myself on being able to quickly understand a customer’s requirements, develop a solution to meet their requirements, and then coordinate an extensive virtual team to ensure that we deliver an exceptional pre and post sales experience to the customer. I also believe in building long term value-adding relationships and focusing on longer term solutions that often scale over time regarding sophistication and ROI. 

Q: How do you feel about D&B’s business culture? 
A: Dun & Bradstreet has a fantastic business culture which I am really proud to be a part of. I get to work with some truly inspiring (and fun) people every single day and genuinely love my role. How many people can say that they enjoy getting up to go to work every morning? I can (but only after a cup of coffee or two)! I’ve been here for 14 years and am still loving it! I relish every day, and the company constantly evolves to become a better version of itself - and encourages you to do the same. 

Q: What are you doing when you’re not working? 
A: Playing golf (inconsistently), keeping fit, spending time with my family, cooking and going on holidays!
