Business Impact of Hurricane Harvey

The State of Texas and Louisiana has experienced massive flooding, affecting both residents and businesses. Thousands of people, homes, and businesses have been impacted across multiple counties per reports from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and news agencies.

Potentially Impacted Counties in Texas

The final impact assessment from FEMA, published October 16th, 2017, reports 41 affected counties in Texas including Aransas, Austin, Bastrop, Bee, Brazoria, Caldwell, Calhoun, Chambers, Colorado, DeWitt, Fayette, Fort Bend, Galveston, Goliad, Gonzales, Grimes, Hardin, Harris, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Karnes, Kleberg, Lavaca, Lee, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Newton, Nueces, Orange, Polk, Refugio, Sabine, San Jacinto, San Patricio, Tyler, Victoria, Walker, Waller, and Wharton.

Dun & Bradstreet has identified approximately 565,043 potentially impacted businesses in those counties as listed below:
