Richard Veldran is Senior Vice President, Global Reengineering and North America Finance at D&B, a position he has held since February 2009. He is also a member of the company’s Global Leadership Team.

Mr. Veldran began his career at D&B in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer of D&B North America, a position he held for two years. In December 2005, he was named D&B’s Treasurer and Leader of Investor Relations, External Communications and Board Processes. In this role, Mr. Veldran strengthened the company’s position with shareholders and the investment community at large. He also led a number of key business initiatives, including D&B’s first-ever dividend issuance and two public bond offerings.

In July 2008, Mr. Veldran was named D&B’s Senior Vice President, Global Reengineering, and he was given the added responsibility for leading D&B North America Finance seven months later.

Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Veldran held financial leadership roles with both Automatic Data Processing, Inc. and Procter & Gamble. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.
