Sandra E. Peterson has served as a director of D&B since September 2002, and is a member of the Board Affairs Committee and Compensation & Benefits Committee. Ms. Peterson has served as executive vice president and president, Diabetes Care of Bayer HealthCare LLC, a researcher, developer, manufacturer and marketer of products for diabetes disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment, since May 2005. Ms. Peterson previously served as group president of government for Medco Health Solutions, Inc. (formerly Merck-Medco) from September 2003 until February 2004, senior vice president of Medco’s health businesses from April 2001 through August 2003 and senior vice president of marketing for Merck-Medco Managed Care LLC from January 1999 to March 2001. Ms. Peterson does not serve on the board of any public companies other than D&B.
