Anastasios (Tasos) G. Konidaris
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Tasos Konidaris is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for D&B, a position he has held since March 2007. He is also a member of the company's Global Leadership Team.

Prior to being named CFO, Mr. Konidaris served as Senior Vice President, Finance Operations at D&B since joining the company in March 2005. In May 2005, he was also named D&B's Principal Accounting Officer.

During his tenure with D&B, Mr. Konidaris has taken on increased financial leadership responsibility. He has had accountability for the financial operations supporting the company's U.S. and International businesses. He has also had corporate finance responsibility, including accounting, financial reporting, audit and controls.

Mr. Konidaris joined D&B with nearly 15 years of experience in general management and global finance operations, including his most recent role as Group Vice President of a $440 million global division at Schering-Plough. In this capacity, he had full P&L responsibility for over 20 brands and managed all aspects of operations. Mr. Konidaris also held positions of increasing responsibility in finance, operations and marketing at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sandoz Corporation, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer and Pharmacia Corporation.

Mr. Konidaris holds a bachelor of science degree (with honors) in mathematics from Gwynedd Mercy College in Gwynedd Valley, PA. He also received an MBA from Drexel University.
