James N. Fernandez has served as a director of D&B since December 2004, and is a member of the Audit Committee and Board Affairs Committee. Mr. Fernandez has served with Tiffany & Co., a specialty retailer, designer, manufacturer and distributor of fine jewelry, timepieces, sterling silverware, china, crystal, stationery, fragrances and accessories, since October 1983. He has held numerous positions with Tiffany & Co., the most recent of which is executive vice president and chief financial officer since January 1998, with responsibility for accounting, treasury, investor relations, information technology, financial planning, business development and diamond operations, and overall responsibility for distribution, manufacturing, customer service and security. Mr. Fernandez does not serve on the board of any public companies other than D&B.
