To make the most of both your and your suppliers’ time, supplier Surveys should be simple, intuitive and scalable. Our 15 standard Surveys, covering topics such as inventory, financial results, technology, awards and certifications, provide you with a strong and unique framework for streamlining and automating your Survey process. In addition to our standard Surveys, you can also customize a Survey to get more specific information based on your unique business requirements. For example, you can pick and choose from over 450 questions that are part of the existing Surveys or define up to 50 custom questions to include. You can define whether a question is mandatory or optional. Once the supplier contact completes the online Survey, you will be notified by e-mail that it has been completed. Results of the Survey are displayed, and are viewable only by users within your company. Finally, if you are also leveraging the Supplier Portal Module, your supplier-provided information will be conveniently stored there.
