Honeywell chose D&B for Oracle Applications. As a key enabler D&B applied its Data Rationalization Service to cleanse and
deduplicate Honeywell's existing customer records and append its unique business identifier, the D&B D-U-N-S® Number. Now using the D&B for Oracle Applications interface, Honeywell can access D&B's business information database of
more than 64 million business records world wide to ensure that customer information is always up-to-date and accurate. And,
by using value-added data such as corporate linkage information and D&B credit ratings, Honeywell can calculate their global
exposure to any given company or group of companies, select appropriate credit terms and monitor performance.
